How do I improve my cardio vascular fitness/endurance level? Any supplement can help?

I know that exercise can improve the level of cardio vascular fitness, but there is no supplement / drug that may increase this?

  1. i wouldnt recommend supplements, only increases the training time and speed UR UR

  2. any supplement / drug that increases the frequency of cardio is bad bad bad., underlines its artificial.Stick for the sweating system and the method of Huff. Running, jogging, etc.
