I belong to a health club this summer, with sauna and turkish bath. I’m really relaxed, but are they good for you otherwise? The sauna is 180 degrees, and the turkish bath is 110 degrees, so that makes you sweat a lot and losing a lot of water, at least be good to not want to use.

I think the idea is that saunas and steamrooms help release toxins through the pores. Sweating vigorously for some time can also improve the condition of your skin if you wash immediately after. There is also convinced that alleviates the pain associated with breathing problems, arthritis and allergies. The whole process of letting the sweat like you that is very clean, the New Age kind of way, and does from time to time is probably quite profitable, provided that after drinking lots of water to rehydrate yourself.
Good clean skin pores
turkish bath and sauna are ideal for relaxing, releasing toxins from the body and helps you lose water weight. They have great advantages of using them to keep their use. I used to go to a traditional Indian sweat receive ten times hotter than any sauna and turkish bath. If you’re having trouble catching his breath, leans forward and take deep breaths. And if you do not like wearing them, just go like once or twice a week. But usted.Buena are good luck !!!!!!!!!
